2. User Accounts

• Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notification: Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content

• User Content: You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through RideSense. By posting content, you grant RideSense a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Rights and Ownership

• Intellectual Property: RideSense and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RideSense and its licensors.
• Use License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RideSense solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RideSense, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
